The 5K Run/Walk is run mostly on downtown Lansing city streets, circumvents the Capitol, and uses the promenade between the Capitol and the Hall of Justice, and finishes at Adado Riverfront Park.

Please note that for the safety of our participants, strollers, rollerbladers, and pets are not allowed in the Half Marthon and the 5K races.  Additionally, registrations are non-refundable.

5K Entry Fee:

• Up to August 16:  $25
• August 16 to September 25: $27
• September 26 (Race Day):  $32

5K Registration:

• To register by mail through Wednesday, September 22, download a registration form here and mail to Impression 5 Science Center, 200 Museum Drive, Lansing, MI 48933.
• To register online, visit active.com.  Online registration ends Thursday, September 23 at midnight.  Kids' race registration is not available through active.com.
• To register in person through Friday, September 24, go to Playmakers at 2299 West Grand River, Okemos, MI.
  
• Late registration on Saturday, September 25, and Sunday, September 26, is available at the Lansing Center, 333 E. Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI.

5K Packet Pick-up and On-Site Registration

A long-sleeved, technical running shirt is included with the standard entry fee.

Showers

Free showers are available at the Downtown YMCA Wellness Center, 119 N. Washington Sq., Lansing, MI 48933.  The YMCA can be reached by phone at (517) 484-4000.  To use the showers, bring your race number to the desk.
